Using your spamTrasher account.
Load your favorite web browser. We recommend Mozilla Firefox.
- Open http://spamtrasher.hardlines.com, enter in your username and password. If you've forgotten your username or password, please contact support to have it reset.

- The most commonly used settings are located under the AntiSpam menu.
- In the Actions section, you can adjust the levels at which the spam scoring system will trigger a flag or deletion. The higher the number, the less likely messages are to be flagged or deleted. Hardline's recommended settings are pictured below.
- The List is where you can set up your Whitelist and Blacklist. The Blacklist is a list of addresses that you do not wish to receive any email from. The Whitelist is the opposite, a list of email addresses that you wish to receive all mail from.
- To add an address to your Blacklist or Whitelist. Click on the Add button for the appropriate list, and in the new page, fill out the email address that you wish to accept/reject. The comment field is optional, but is helpful in organizing the list. Make sure your email domain is listed and selected in the Selected Domains box. Then select Save to finish. If you wish to add another address, you can do so.
- To view your Mail Statistics, including percentage of mail that is spam, and other figures. Click on Statistics on the side menu.
- To Search through mail logs for your domain, click on Log Search.
Note: You can now search by date range, sender, or recipient. With this window, you can verify if an email was sent through, or if it was discarded as spam. In the example screenshot above, some addresses have been blurred out to protect privacy.
If you click below, the Message ID number, you can view some specifics of the message, like the subject, and the filter rules that were used to determine the messages spam score.
