Getting to know your ModernBill interface Once you login to your ModernBill account, you will see icons at the top of the screen. In the My Info menu, you can update your account info, such as your address and phone number. This is also where you can change your ModernBill password. In the My Sites menu is where you can view the hosting packages you have purchased through ModernBill. You can also view the domain names that you have ordered through ModernBill, and can check to see when they are set to expire. In the My Finance menu, you can view all your past invoices since adding your ModernBill account. If you have been set up to use a Credit Card for your billing, this is where you can change/update the credit card. In the My News menu is where you can view any news that Hardlnes Company has provided for users. In the Get Support menu, you can get in contact with our support department. However, Hardlines highly recommends using our Trouble Ticket System for all support inquiries.
